I love being a wife.
I haven't seen Jordan in almost 7 hours. This is the longest we've been apart since the wedding day. And I miss him. Pathetic?
I loved our wedding. The whole day was so fun and relaxing, and seeing Jordan as I was walking down the aisle toward him was the best feeling I've ever had. I can't wait to see our pictures from our photographers in a few weeks! The day was so amazing and beautiful, but it's hard to remember the details!
Our honeymoon was more amazing than I could have ever imagined! It was so fun, relaxing, warm, and just perfect. We love Jamaica, and it's definitely an adjustment to be back home. Even though we love home! And we love being able to have a home together.
I love that he doesn't have to leave at night after watching a movie or relaxing together.
I love that I get to wake up to him every morning.
I love that I don't have to take care of my house alone anymore.
I always have my best friend to hang out with!
I love just sharing life with the man I love and will spend forever with.

I know this "honeymoon" stage won't last forever, but I am looking forward to all of the different stages our marriage will go through. I'm even looking forward to the bad times, because I know it will only bring us closer and make us stronger.

Thank you Jesus for marriage. It is truly the most amazing gift.

God is good.

Well, here's my last post as a non-married woman :). I get married tomorrow!

After rehearsal tonight I did the pretty typical things of a Bride, I think. Finished packing my bag for wedding day, wedding night, honeymoon, etc. Then I did something that's probably not-so-typical. I dusted my house.

I wanted to come home from the honeymoon to a clean house. So I picked up, Jordan helped put dishes away (yeah, without me asking. he's THAT good.), I sorted papers and books, and, I dusted. Call me crazy, but I feel so much better knowing that things are good and clean for my husband and I when we return from JAMAICA!

We got the reception hall decorated, and it was so fun to watch all of my visions come to life. Everything turned out so much better than I had ever even dreamed of! I am so excited. The sanctuary is gorgeous as well.

Rehearsal tonight went very smoothly, and Jordan and I are just so excited to be getting married! Our rehearsal dinner was beautiful and absolutely delicious! We are so blessed!!

I'm not saying everything has been perfect (ehh, the sound guy, videographer, and guest book attendant all found out last minute that they had to work the night of our wedding...one of our main candelabras for the sanctuary is broken...etc. ), and surprises have definitely come up. But I have the best family and friends who step right up and find solutions and get things done! I am so lucky to have so many great people looking out for me!

I am so excited to get married tomorrow. TOMORROW.
I guess I should probably try to get some sleep. HA. What a joke...

I get married next week.

Next. Week.

My whole daycare is covered in terrible stomach flu germs. I am praying I don't get it, and doing everything in my power to avoid it! Can't tell you how many times I've disinfected the room and washed my hands! This would not be an ideal time to be sick!

It is really strange to me that in 10 very short days I will be married. Then 2 days later I will head off to JAMAICA with my husband. OH man. Get excited!

Planning a wedding is definitely not how I pictured it. All I can say is that even though it really hasn't been too bad, I'm completely ready for it to be "over" with. I'd love to be able to go back to my semi-normal life of not having to constantly make decisions and think about 100 things at one time! Let's get this party started!

T.E.N. Days. :)
