Can you believe it?! I actually got it! After 5 different units falling through on me, this one FINALLY worked out! I could not be happier right now!! I won't be able to move in until sometime in May, but that'll give me plenty of time to buy things and get everything all ready to move in! I am in shock right now! I can't believe I actually get a townhome! YESSS!

So, other than that, life's about the same. School, work, being sick. The usual.
Lucy got spayed yesterday. I feel soo bad for her! She was completely out of it all day yesterday, and when we tried to pick her up or move her, she made the most terrible pain noise I've ever had. She's a lot better today though. She's staying with me for the next few days until she heals, because I'm not working very many hours with her, so I can be with her more than Jordan can be.
This is pretty much how she will be spending the next few days. Poor baby. Sorry for taking out all of your woman parts.

Life and Death

6 months ago from today, this man joined Jesus. I miss him every day. But I rejoice in the fact that I will see him again someday. I love you Grandpa!

Tonight I said goodbye to this man, most likely for the last time. Jordan's grandpa Roy. Last night I said to him "Be sure to say hi to Grandpa Tader, and I love him!" He said "Yeah, it'll be fun." Tonight he told Jordan and I "You are a blessing". He hasn't been able to get very many words out, but when he does, they sure are extremely meaningful. He is such an amazing man of God, and it's hard to watch him the way he is, but the peace that the Lord has given this family is unbelievable. God is so good.

Thank you Jesus for the people you have put in my life. Thank you for my incredible family. Thank you for Jordan's strong family. Thank you for blessing me beyond belief. You are so good.

Here's a little story for you. Jordan found a car on Craigslist. In St. Louis. So. Jordan, his dad and I drive 4 hours to St. Louis. Thinking this is going to be the best car ever, because the dealer said it was awesome. And the pictures looked sweet. We got there. The car was a pile of junk. I couldn't put my feet on the floor because I didn't want to kill the mold family that was growing there. It's their territory. Wouldn't have been fair.We drove it for about 45 seconds. Got out. Gave the key back. Headed back home. Awesome. But we got back to Olathe, Jordan found a car in KC he wanted to look at. So we went, looked at it, bought it, came back. So, at least at the end of the day he got a new car. Right...? Yeah.

Daxon got his newborn pictures taken recently... He's pretty stinkin cute. They ended up taking his shoes off though...they're a little big. He's my favorite nephew ever! :)
